By accessing Workplace360, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Eligibility & Access

Access to Workplace360 is restricted to users with a registered PI360 account. There is no separate registration option for Workplace360.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and refrain from sharing false, misleading, or harmful content. Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements at all times.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of your posts, comments, and media. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to store, display, and distribute it within Workplace360.

5. Platform Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our guidelines, and to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Workplace360 is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. Perpetual Innovation is not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu & Kashmir.
